Hey Femme Fitales!!! This week has been a whirlwind of activity for me and I have needed the right nutrients to keep my body running strong. First and foremost I have like 2 challenges going on with the Curb The Carve DietBet challenge and The Great Smoothie Challenge.
This week my workouts kept me busy from running 3+ miles on Monday, hitting my yoga mat on Tuesday to lifting heavy weights on Wednesday, my body has been craving more than just a plain smoothie.
I received a complimentary pack of Sunwarrior powder vegan products as well as a nifty shaker bottle that is BPA-Free to try and it couldn’t come at a better time. Since I have The Great Smoothie challenge going on as of November 1, it was the perfect time to up my smoothie game and include some mega super powders by Sunwarrior to up the ante on nutrition.
I also started my Curb The Carve DietBet challenge on October 28, 2015 and need to drop 4% of my starting body weight just in time for Thanksgiving so I found an awesome debloating recipe using the Sunwarrior Ormus powder along with coconut water and chia seeds that is sure to help me smash my goal and win back my $25 and then some.
But before I get into all of that let me share what I received compliments of Sunwarrior.
Ormus Supergreens Peppermint
Warrior Blend Raw Vegan Protein in Chocolate flavor
Warrior Blend Raw Vegan Protein in Vanilla flavor
Classic Protein in Chocolate flavor
Rush Liquid Vitamin Fast Absorbing
Classic Plus Organic Raw Plant-Based Protein Chocolate
Ormus Supergreens Natural
Liquid Light Fulvic Acid
Blue BPA-Free shaker bottle
Sunwarrior’s products are super clean, super raw and super vegan so you can rest assured there isn’t a bunch of crappy ingredients or fillers in their products. That is a major win in my book if you ask me.
Since The Great Smoothie challenge began I have been very intentional about consuming smoothies on a daily basis at least once a day. I have been running around so much I let all of that fall to the wayside. One of the great things about smoothies is you can add superfoods and protein powders to it to increase the nutrition factor and Sunwarrior Ormus Supergreens did just that for me.
1 cup coconut water
1 packet Ormus Supergreens
Frozen mixed fruit
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend
I drank this before going to work around 7:30 am and it held me over until lunchtime. It taste really good with the frozen fruit and I had energy for days!
Since the DietBet challenge is all about losing weight, debloating is a key concern so I found this awesome recipe to help with just that to ensure I rock this challenge and win back my money.
2 TB Chia seeds
4 oz Coconut water
1 tsp Ormus Supergreens
Add all ingredients to a cup and chug-a-lug quickly as the chia seeds tend to congeal quickly.
