Hey Femme Fitales!!! This week has been a whirlwind of activity for me and I have needed the right nutrients to keep my body running strong. First and foremost I have like 2 challenges going on with the Curb The Carve DietBet challenge and The Great Smoothie Challenge.
This week my workouts kept me busy from running 3+ miles on Monday, hitting my yoga mat on Tuesday to lifting heavy weights on Wednesday, my body has been craving more than just a plain smoothie.

Since The Great Smoothie challenge began I have been very intentional about consuming smoothies on a daily basis at least once a day. I have been running around so much I let all of that fall to the wayside. One of the great things about smoothies is you can add superfoods and protein powders to it to increase the nutrition factor and Sunwarrior Ormus Supergreens did just that for me.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
1 packet Ormus Supergreens
Frozen mixed fruit
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend
ENJOY!
I drank this before going to work around 7:30 am and it held me over until lunchtime. It taste really good with the frozen fruit and I had energy for days!
Since the DietBet challenge is all about losing weight, debloating is a key concern so I found this awesome recipe to help with just that to ensure I rock this challenge and win back my money.
Ingredients
2 TB Chia seeds
4 oz Coconut water
1 tsp Ormus Supergreens
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cup and chug-a-lug quickly as the chia seeds tend to congeal quickly.
