#FitnessFriday Weekly Workout Recap

This past week has been a running theme – HEALTHY SNACKS!  I have been taste testing and trying out several snack boxes and so it only made sense I host the world’s best healthy snacks roundup.  My blogger friends came through for me again and allowed me to share some of their favorite healthy and fit snack recipes that will blow your socks off.

I was not much of a snacker but these recipes right here have converted me into one.  If you aren’t very skilled around the kitchen (even though these snack recipes are super easy) then check out the end of this post because I feature some of the premier healthy snack boxes that will satisfy your cravings without adding on extra pounds and filling your body up with high fructose corn syrup, added sugar and additives.  Check it out!

    Great ideas, I haven’t tried any of these yet. I recently signed up for a gym and had a consultation with a trainer, which changed some of my eating habits. Right now I snack on mixed nuts (during the day only) and fruits. I also cut out bread.
