We have been told over and over again the importance of eating breakfast and to avoid skipping meals but with all of our busy hustling and bustling lives, it can be challenging to
A. Make breakfast ahead of time
B. Not pick up something generally unhealthy on the run
So I reached out to some of my fellow fitness blogger friends to share some easy, quick and delicious breakfast bar recipes that you can make in advance, that are chock full of healthy food items and that you can grab and go while on the run.
I have to say everyone’s recipe looks awesomely delicious and I plan to try some of these myself. ENJOY!!!
