Cheryl Brown is one of the best in the business. She is a 6X IFBB pro who is a professional nutrionist, exercise physiologist, certified trainer and fitness model. She has only had her pro card for the past 4 or 5 years and made a major splash in pro competition field.
She is very intelligent and a savvy business woman who runs her own business training others to compete in various fitness competitions. She is also 2 years younger than me with 3 children and looks not a day over 25! She exudes confidence and while this is what she does for a living, she is an idol for all women who have families and careers they can make time for themselves to look and feel the very best they can.
