Hi my name is Starr! I’m a mom of four children.
What sparked your weight-loss transformation journey?
I decided enough was enough January of this year (2018). I began going to the gym working out 6 days a week, and at home.
What was your beginning and current weight or measurements?
My starting weight was 208. Current weight is 150.
Which physical activities did you participate in during your journey?
My focus was cardio nowadays I’m loving weights.
What advice do you have for someone looking to get started with their fitness journey but not sure where to begin?
I learned to trust the process, it didn’t take a day to gain the weight and it won’t take a day to lose it! Be patient with yourself, because it’s not about the weight you lose but the life you gain!
