Stay Hydrated

One of the most important things when it comes to taking care of your overall health and nutrition is making sure you are keeping your body hydrated.

When your body does not get the appropriate amount of water it has a hard time processing information, it loses its energy and strength levels, interferes with your blood circulation, digestion and other normal body functions.

Doctors recommend drinking about 8 glasses of water per day. Keeping this in mind, always make sure to carry a bottle of water wherever you go. This is especially important if you are going exercising and your body is losing more water by sweating.

    On the weekends it’s more brunch and dinner with snacking in between since I start later in the day. Never been a coffee drinker so if I want caffeine it’s from tea.
