One of my favorite foods are smoothies because, if done right, they are whole foods loaded with nutrients and vitamins. They really pack a punch! Below is the smoothie recipe I made today to get me going as I have a day full of meetings.
Rise and Shine Smoothie
1. 1 cup 100% Dole Juice (Orange, Peach, Mango)
2. 1/2 banana peeled
3. handful of frozen mango chunks
4. handful of frozen strawberries
5. handful of frozen blueberries
6. 1/4 cup water
Place in blender, blend and ENJOY!
