Passion Pear Smoothie

Recipe:
- 1 pear
- ½ banana
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 8oz almond milk
- ½ cup kale
Cocoa Smoothie

Recipe:
- 1 banana
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- ½ cup spinach
- 1.5 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
Spiced Apple Smoothie
Focus Ingredient: Apples
Apples do more than just keep the doctor away. These crunchy fall treats are rich sources of fiber and vitamin C. Vitamin C helps support the immune system and fiber supports digestion and heart health. In other words, drink up!
Recipe:
- 1 ½ apples, seeded and chopped
- ½ cup Kale
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes

Mmm the pear one sounds really good. I love anything cider like around the holidays. Also cranberry drinks. SO good.
