I received a FREE code to order a Farmivore subscription box in my email one day. I was curious how it worked so I placed my free order and about 1.5 weeks later received my first box. In the box was packaged organic produce to make Ginger Mojito Juice, Turmeric Tonic Juice and Boardwalk Beets Juice. I was excited!!!

I tried the Ginger Mojito Juice recipe first.
Ingredients
- 3 stalks swiss chard
- 1 lime
- stalks of celery
- nob of ginger
- 1 pear
- mint
Tools
- Juicer (I used my Omega VRT350)
- Strainer
- Bowl for straining juice
- Mason jar
- Spoon to help with straining
Preparation
- Start juicing the swiss chard and leafy greens with celery first.
- Finish juicing the remaining ingredients
- Store in an airtight mason jar
- Chill in refrigerator
- Enjoy with lime and mint garnish

I’m not a fan of Mojito drinks but I will tell my sisters about your recipe because I planted Swiss chard in my parent’s garden. Turmeric is an excellent spice to add because of its anti-inflammatory and anti cancer properties. Visiting from the #wowlinkup

I love my Juice Smoothies! My KEY ingredient in all of them is about a inch of Juiced Ginger! This Morning, I am making a Watermelon, Cucumber, One Apple, couple handful’s of Kale, ginger, and a pinch of Cinnamon and Turmeric! On a one tsp of Spurlina. Sounds weitd but YUM!!!!

I don’t own a juicer so everything’s done in my blender as a smoothie. I’m sort of afraid to try ginger because even ginger cookies were too spicy for me. #wowlinkup

I wished I enjoyed veggie juices more:)I really do. I once had a carrot that I loved but it did have a lot of fruit mixed into it as well.
