One of our absolute favorite online workout personalities is Marianne. She has a youtube channel (Kitty8trim) as well as a fitness blog/site (myohmytv.com) where she showcases several workout moves using step benches, kettle bells, your own body weight and free weights. She recently started publishing videos in an actual gym using Smith Machines and the like.
We know how tough it can be to get started with a workout regimen but she has a nice “starter” video for the beginners that anyone, that is physically able and cleared by their physican, can do at home with a little bit of space and a lot of self motivation!
