Just when I thought I put it in during my week of workouts, I took it up a notch and actually did not take a single day off and worked out each day this week. While that is not a major major accomplishment per se (I have done it before consistently) as of late I have been taking at least 1 day to sleep in and that didn’t happen this week. I also reunited in person with my Sanders Optimum Fitness family on Monday so you KNOW I had no choice but to turn it up. If you do not know who they are, check them out HERE. Monte Sanders is the coach and visionary and his program or rather “BLUEPRINT” is the truth!!!
Now let’s dig into my workout recap this week AAANNNDDD I also found some cute Under Armour gear on sale so keep reaching and go shopping while you’re at it cause you deserve it! 🙂
Friday
I worked out with Heather at Brick Bodies and she did not disappoint OR have mercy. As you can see this workout only requires a set of dumbbells and your body weight. You will definitely sweat with this one.
Monday
I showed up for a free class of boot camp and it did not disappoints. It was toning day so we talking sprints, push ups, squats and much much more. I burned mega calories and I am so proud of myself. I also got to see my SOF Family and while I enjoy working out at home, there’s nothing like working out with that encouraging bunch. They are awesome!
If you would like one of these Polar FT4 HRMs for yourself feel free to order one from here:
Tuesday
I ended up back up at Brick Bodies with Heather in our Divas Workout Group yeah……..this one had me feeling like Hercules! LOL. Try it and let me know what you think.

Wednesday
I was excited, I actually got to run outside with BGR! Baltimore. We did a nice 3 miles and while my average pace was a little slower than normal, it still felt good being able to hit the pavement.
Thursday
No rest for the weary! I actually turned it up with the pyramid workout Heather had prepared for us. I LOVED IT!!!
12 step ups right leg
12 step ups left leg
11 Side bench knee-ins
10 alternating lunges (left/right 1 rep)
9 diamond push ups
8 squat jumps
7 rev erse crunches
6 squat thrusts
5 squat, stand, bicep curl to shoulder press
4 bench jumps (left/right 1 rep)
3 single leg squats left
3 single leg squats right
2 sets 500M rowing on row machine
1 minute leg raises
And like I promised, here are some of the latest Under Armour gear for women I found ON SALE!!!!! I love a sale!

I definitely have changing things up this week with the classes that I am taking (rather than just working out on my own). I wish I could have turned it up Wednesday, but the class I went to was just way too easy for me!

Susie those classes can help challenge us but you definetly want to find one that is intense enough for your fitness level.

Love the Under Armor gear, super cute! My week has been okay with workouts. Nursing a leg injury so I haven’t been able to run but stepped it up in the cross training department! Lots of sandbag, kettlebell, bosu and balance work.

Hi Diatta! Wow! Hard-core week of sweating for you. I’m a trainer and instructor, so I love working out too. I try to strive for variety of weights and cardio and get one off day as well as one yoga session. I’m wearing some Under Armour right now! They have great bright colors for women. Happy Friday to you! Now give yourself a rest day!! 🙂

Oh man, I did NOT workout this week. With a recent move, 3 kids, work, church service, etc, I just haven’t found a great time to fit it in! This post was inspiring- I love how you break down some of the workouts, thanks!

Thanks for linking up! You’re crushing it with the workouts! I definitely did NOT work hard enough this week. I took two days off when I shouldn’t have, but I’m gonna get my butt up early on Saturday for a tough group workout and get back into gear!

I’m not one for pink, but I love those Under Armour shoes! Now that it’s winter and I wont be able to take long walks daily, I really need to figure out what I am going to do.

Girl You got it IN this week! Good for you!!! My week was full of planks, squat jumps with a quarter turn, tricep dips, mountain climbers, push-ups and running! I feel good about this week because my workouts have been inconsistent and I found some consistency this week.

Lady you be killing your workouts! I have been totally lazy for the past two weeks, Hopefully I will get motivated soon.
Maybe if I buy myself some new work out gear that may help me get my but in motion.
As always great tips!

You’ve been motivating me to really focus on my fitness. I didn’t get to work out as much as I planned to last week but I will definitely be scheduling time for it this week.
