Can you believe how quickly the weather has changed, at least it has here in Maryland, from nice balmy warm summer weather to autumn crisp cool weather? Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining because I love to run outdoors in it but it was a bit abrupt. Unfortunately, a runny nose comes with this season change while I run outdoors. I don’t know what that’s about but my nose loves to run during my run. My face can also get a little sweaty, especially from running hills, so I need something lightweight to wipe away the excess moisture during my time on the pavement. 🙂

Well, I just signed up for kickboxing so I’ll have to put them in a gym bag like you. I have a feeling they’re going to come in handy since I haven’t done anything like this in years! Wish me luck! lol

This is the time of year when I could use a tissue on every run! My nose runs constantly as the weather gets chillier! I would definitely throw a puffs soft pack into my workout bag to have with me when I am out and running!
