Hi Femme Fitale Family! I can’t believe this year is flying by so fast and I am so proud of so many because you have kept me updated all year that have remained steadfast to your fitness goals and weight-loss journey. I am truly inspired by you.
What’s the definition of inspire? /inˈspÄ«(É™)r/
fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.“his passion for romantic literature inspired him to begin writing”
Getting and staying inspired can sometimes feel like a chore or sometimes, you may not really know what it looks like. Lorna Jane’s new book “Inspire” is a beautifully made book that shows how you can find inspiration in all aspects of your life centered around her guiding principles of
This book isn’t a typical do-it-yourself or fitness book. It goes much deeper than that. It speaks to healthy being and existence with tips on:
- beauty
- nourishment
- exercise
- balance
- travel
- happiness
- well being
- style
Lorna Jane takes a unique perspective on exercise and fitness in her beautiful coffee table book. It’s about finding strength from within and staying positive along the way to be the best you possible.
One of the best parts of the book are the gorgeous photos of the healthy recipes that are throughout the book. It isn’t restricted to just food you chew, she also shares her recommended beauty tonics, smoothies, and juices along with their benefits. Some of the ingredients are a little exotic but go to your local Farmer’s Market or specialty store and make those recipes. The zucchini-corn fritters are next on my list to try.
I love the personality of this book. It’s vibrant and inspiring even when you start reading from the front cover. It sucks you in and makes you eager to see the surprise on the following pages. I literally sat down and read through more than half the book Day 1 tired, after work but the book gave me life so I couldn’t put it down.
How creative is this? For many of us on this health journey knowing what to consume can be a challenge because many times it means we need to unlearn an unhealthy habit we were taught. No worries, Lorna Jane’s book “Inspired” has you covered. She dedicates a portion of the book to food swaps – swap this for that. You don’t even have to do a lot of reading because she literally shows you in a photo some swap suggestions.
Have I enticed you enough to want to read this book yourself? Then get this book in the Lorna Jane online shop at http://www.lornajane.com/INSPIRED/Inspired
I am so happy I own a copy of Lorna Jane’s book “Inspire” because the book literally makes me happy when I read it and flip through the pages.
What has been inspiring you lately on your fitness journey?
