Please introduce yourself to our readers (i.e. your name, occupation, hobbies, etc.).

My name is Brandy Reynolds aka Monet Reloaded (after my weight loss). I am a 34 yr old single mother of two MIRACLE children (I was a PCOS Cyster but reversed it with weight loss and became pregnant).

I am an online Fitness and Wellness coach and I specialize in the Keto Diet, a credit repair agent, consultant for underground & indie music artist and producers, and so much more.

I am also called the MULTIPRENEUR MOM because I deal in several areas all geared towards people, WOMEN especially, having a better quality of life.

I love to help others and I love to travel. I know that God is the only reason I have made it this far and for that I am grateful.

What sparked your weight-loss transformation journey?

I did yo-yo diets here and there but could never stick to it or take it seriously, plus I told myself “I love the skin I’m in” and tried to embrace my BBW movement. Then Sept 10th 2014 (a month and a week before my 30th birthday) I had to have an emergency surgery and ended up DYING.

I flatlined several times after the surgery in recovery and the reason I was told later was because I was too overweight. That CHANGED MY LIFE….

Here I am not even 30 years old and about to die from being FAT, something I could fix. Plus I had been told since 18 years old that I would never be a mother so all of this was the reason I TOOK MY LIFE BACK.

When God gave me breath in my body again I was DETERMINED to LIVE and BECOME A MOTHER.

What was your beginning and current weight or measurements?

The highest know weight to me was 374.8 lbs but I am sure I hit 400 if not close to it. I am currently 176 lbs as of today.

How long did it take for your weight-loss transformation from beginning to end?

I started my journey after the Sept 2014 incident. I got down to 198lb by Aug 2015 and then my mother suddenly died while on vacation with my family. The next month Sept 2015 I found out I was exactly 4 weeks pregnant with my son.

I maintained a weight of about 210lbs throughout that pregnancy. Then when he was 5 almost 6 months old Oct 2016 I found out I was almost 5 months pregnant with my daughter at 199 lbs. I went up to 247 lbs by February 2018 and started Keto diet May 2018.

From May 2018 until Oct 2018 I got down to 174 with Keto alone and no exercise. Oct 28th 2018 I had skin removal surgery to remove 13lbs of skin from my stomach. And today March 2019 I am 176 lbs

Which physical activities did you participate in during your journey?

When I started I was a serious “Gym Rat” and I did A LOT of swimming, treadmill, sauna, and light weight training. I worked out 5 days a week and never ate more than 1000 calories a day.

But after all this with the children, death, and divorce I couldn’t find time to workout and started on Keto.

How did your eating habits change?

I started with small steps and CUT OUT SODA. That was my one addiction. I am not a person who like sweets but I love chips, bread and potatoes.

So needless to say all that had to go. I also realized the actual SCIENCE to eating and taught myself food is for FUEL not fun.

What do you typically eat for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner?

It varies I just watch my calories and stay within my set macros for Keto and I do NOT do cheat days.

What is your favorite fitness activity?

Swimming and Sauna

What do you do now to maintain your physique?

I am still on Keto and just released to start back working out so this will be new for me since my tummy tuck.

How did you develop and sustain the willpower to avoid the bad stuff (i.e. junk food, bad drinks, lack of activity, etc.)?

I wanted to LIVE and be A MOTHER and that was enough for me.

What advice do you have for someone looking to get started with their fitness journey but not sure where to begin?

Remember you didn’t gain the weight LAST NIGHT so you can’t lose it by MORNING. Be patient with yourself and everyone’s journey is their own don’t compare.

Also.. until you fix what is wrong mentally and emotionally you’ll never be successful at weight lose. My phrase is TEARS WEIGH MORE THAN FAT. (I also offer online coaching let me help you. …you aren’t alone in this)

What do you think is the biggest misconception about this journey?

That there is some magic pill or tea that will erase YEARS OF BODY ABUSE AND NEGLECT. But that’s not the case you HAVE TO WANT IT.

Do you have any fitness inspirations?  Who are they?

I have several that I follow on IG but I won’t name anyone for the sake of forgetting someone.

How can readers learn more about your transformation and journey online (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)?

This is the best way to lose those extra inches (weight loss) in a healthier and natural way. I would love to try out this sometime.

You look amazing. Congrats on your hard work, I’m struggling and got bk on track a month ago. I’m seeing the weight lost but now the struggle is my hanging stomach and breast. Any suggestion on what workouts to help tone those areas.
