If you want to tone, lift and round out your glutes then this Booty Resistance Band Fitness challenge is for you. This is going to be fun!

Each month I try to come up with new and fun fitness challenges that will motivate all of us to move our bodies daily. Since I receive so many requests on building the booty this fitness challenge will do just that.

Here’s how it works, each day there is an exercise or healthy habit identified. Complete 100 reps of the exercise or do your best to complete the healthy habit for that day.

You can break up the 100 reps into several sets to get through it like 4 sets of 25 reps or 5 sets of 20 reps. The goal is complete all of the reps per side. If it is a single leg exercise then 50 reps on each side.

Feel free to include the move of the day as a warm up or burnout to your regularly scheduled workout for that day. These moves alone are NOT considered a workout.

Who Can Participate

All fitness levels can participate even those with limited mobility. Know your limits and perform modifications especially if your knees limit your motion.

Start slow.

Equipment Needed

You will need light to moderate mini loop resistance bands (affiliate link which means I earn a percentage when you make a purchase) and dumbbells.
