March Madness Challenge Your Diet Calendar

Hey everybody!  Who’s in for the FFFC March Madness II Challenges?  If you haven’t read up on it visit HERE for the scoop!  One of the challenges is “Challenging Your Diet by Changing It”.  Here is the calendar.

Download it, tape it to your refrigerator and follow it closely.  If it takes 21 days to form habits, let’s see what 31 days of challenging our diet by changing it will do!  I am hopeful we all will see great results.
