It has been a hectic WEEK let alone day but I did get in some form of fitness. I walked the malls of Tysons Corner!! YAY me. Anyone who knows me knows I do not really care to walk around shopping aimlessly without a real purpose. If I shop at the stores it is because I have something specific in mind (but I digress).
We ended up walking about 2 miles in and around the place. Isn’t much but considering I have been WAY off of my workout plan going on 2 weeks now due to a sudden death in the family – let me just take credit for small progress.
As you can tell by the title I missed posting Day 1 (busy with family and stood up all day cooking our Christmas dinner) and there are another 10 days of daily posts to this blog as part of this challenge. BRING IT ON! Better late than never.
At least I drank a green smoothie today with unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk, frozen strawberries, blueberries and black berries, organic baby spinach and frozen peaches. DELICIOUS!

Today’s assignment is 225 squats and 100 bicycles! Oh yes we tryna get ready for those little black dresses (LBGs) on New Year’s Eve.
