I will do this workout in my boot-camp class after we resume after the holidays but I will modify it. I’m going to add a squat row with the tube and we are only going to do 25 reps.
Where is your boot camp?
It’s in Chicago far from you LOL. That workout above is too hard for the average exerciser, even my most fit boot-camper wouldn’t be able to complete it. 250 push ups and mountain climbers are a little too much, I think 125 would be more doable.
We have done 150 push ups in our boot camp in a single session in pyramid fashion.
250 is definitely insane mode.
