FitFluential Workout

I found this posted on Facebook and it looks pretty intense yet doable!!!!  It’s by FitFluential, Inc.  The Femme Fitale Fit Club crew will have a fit day very soon where we work this out I mean it is only 30 minutes so it won’t take up that much time.

If you try it, leave a comment below and let me know how it goes.

From the LOOKS of it, it seems doable. Now when I get down to it…

Really wish you could come to Maryland to work out together. This will leave you sweaty and pushed which is what you want in order to get results.

I found this workout on Pinterest and tried it yesterday…I LOVED it! There are a few exercises I felt really pushed me to the limit (specifically the burpees!!) but I felt great afterward and super sweaty ;). I also tried to do it continuous instead of taking the 30 sec. break which also seemed to make it that much more challenging 🙂

You are my hero! No breaks? Did it take you 15 minutes vs. 30???? I plan to try it with my local group of Femme Fitales if it doesn’t scare them off. LOL.

I didn’t really time it, but would guess it too around 20 min…especially b/c I had to split my burpees into 3 sets of 10 with short breaks in between after the first two sets…they KICKED my butt 😉 I think they’ll love it! Good luck!

Wait. All of these workouts at once?? I could have sworn I saw this somewhere too but don’t recall.

I have 25 pounds to lose and am on Weight Watchers as well as working out but I get exercise ADD if I don’t switch up LOL

All of these workouts at once . But the trick is you do them in 30-second intervals and then rest 30 seconds and move on to the next workout. LOL.

Now this changes up frequently so this should keep you very interested! Let me know if there are any exercises you do not understand how to perform.

Let me know how it goes.
