Athleta Training Guide

I have noticed that several of my friends have started running.  I went to a friend’s birthday party in December 2011 and she looked GREAT!  I mean she was always attractive but in her fitted dress it was noticeable…she had been working hard for the body.  When I asked her what she was doing she let me know she started running.  She started running with the local BGR! group who hosts weekly runs outside.  She has since proceeded to enter several races in the state and nearby states and the lengths of the runs have been getting longer and longer.  Today she finished a 10 miler.  I am proud of her.

But to that end, Athleta sent an announcement they are coming to Towson Mall in Towson, MD and is having a grand opening.  I navigated to their site and stumbled across a FREE running training guide for anyone preparing to run a 5K, 10K, 1/2 marathon, triathlon or whatever.  I’m posting a copy of it here in case anyone wants to partake of the free guide.  I LOVE FREE!
