What are Link Ups you ask? They are a fun way for other fitness, health and wellness bloggers to share published articles or posts from either their blog or Facebook public page with others.
It’s very simple – every Wednesday each blogger shares their latest blog post, Facebook post or YouTube video, click on the (add your link button) located at the bottom of the link up blog posts which can be found on each of the hostesses and co-hostesses blog.
These link ups are each and every week but you can choose to participate as often as you choose – it is all up to YOU.
If you decide to participate here is what you are agreeing to do:
1. Comment and LIKE the Facebook pages of each of the hostesses and co-hostesses
2. Post a link to your blog or Facebook page post (up to 2 article links allowed per Link Up event) or YouTube video
3. Visit and comment on at least 3 other articles posted by other bloggers in the Link Up. Use hashtag #wowlinkup when commenting so they know how you found them.
4. Spread the word about our Link Ups with others by posting a copy of our Workout Wednesdays Link Up badge at the bottom of your Link Up-specific post or sidebar on your blog
