What sparked your weight-loss transformation journey?
I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin. I got tired of constantly tugging at my clothes or trying to hide my belly.
What was your beginning and current weight or measurements?
- Starting Weight 257lbs – Size 20
- Current weight 175lbs – Size 10
How long did it take for your weight-loss transformation from beginning to end?
8 months to lose 80 lbs
Which physical activities did you participate in during your journey?
Does chasing my toddler count 😅. No real exercise, just Keto.
What do you do now to maintain your physique?
Keep Calm and Keto on💗.
How did your eating habits change?
- I completely changed my eating habits. Keto is a low carb high fat diet.
- I gave up processed foods and sugar. I mainly eat meat, veggies, and healthy fats.
What is your favorite fitness activity?
Playing hide and seek with my kid 😂
How did you develop and sustain the willpower to avoid the bad stuff (i.e. junk food, bad drinks, lack of activity, etc.)?
Will power is easy with keto. You are eating real, delicious food. No starving, no diet pills, no poop teas. Just eating to loose weight.
What advice do you have for someone looking to get started with their fitness journey but not sure where to begin?

What do you think is the biggest misconception about this journey?
Biggest misconception is that it’s restrictive. I choose to eat better for my health. I don’t eat pasta or bread because of what it does to my body. Plus there is usually a let alternative for almost any meal.
