If you’re feeling annoyed with droopy and saggy breasts then this workout is the answer to your prayers. Female breast composition is made up of specialized glandular tissue that produces milk and fatty tissue which determines its size.
What makes up the breasts and chest and why they sag
The breast is the tissue overlaying the pectoral major and minor muscles. Breasts tend to sag over the years due age, gravity, nursing and weight loss.
This workout, if performed consistent can help with that. While you can’t firm up fatty breast tissue, one can develop the muscle underneath to help lift the breasts naturally so they are perkier like during your younger days.
How to perform this workout
Complete all repetitions of each exercise and move on to the next exercise without stopping in a circuit fashion
- Use a moderate weight about 70% to 80% of your 1 rep maximum.
- Once you get to the end of performing all of the exercises in the circuit, rest 2 minutes and then repeat
- Repeat the circuit the number of times indicated based on your fitness level
- Perform 20 to 30 minutes of moderate cardio afterwards to burn extra fat and to keep your metabolism revved up
