Hi I’m Kiona.
What sparked your weight-loss transformation journey?
Shortly after I saw pictures of myself back in February I decided to make a lifestyle change. After a lot of research keto was the best for me. Keto is easy to follow and was good for a mom on the go such as myself.
My kids are depending on me to be at my healthiest.
Which physical activities did you participate in during your journey?
I do workout but not as much as I would like. I’m still learning to be more diligent with working out more than three times a week.
How did your eating habits change?
Once I became diligent with the eating the weight came off and I feel so much better physically and mentally. I was also able to still breastfeed until my child turned one, which was very important to me!
What are your weight loss results so far?
Down a total of 40 pounds from 232 pounds and can’t wait to see what the new year holds!
What advice do you have for someone looking to get started with their fitness journey but not sure where to begin?
As always WATER is the KEY !
