Hey Femme Fitales! I am so excited to share my latest workout with you guys. I’ve been putting time in at the gym to really shape my body and honestly, I think this workout works for beginners as well as those who have been working out for a while. This workout uses a mini loop band and a weight plate (hand weights will do).
