If you read my “Ode to Bosu” article you know that I work out with BOSU Balance Trainer on a regular basis especially when I worked out with my personal trainer and even though she has since moved on, I still use my BOSU Balance Trainer on a regular basis. Well due to my affiliation with Sweat Pink they also sent a Bosu Sport Kids for my son in his favorite colors, blue and green, and he had a chance to get in on the fun.
Disclaimer: I received a complimentary Bosu Balance Trainer and Bosu Sport Kids through my affiliation with FitApproach. All opinions in this review are my very own.
The BOSU Balance Trainer costs $129.95

Where To Buy
I’m not going to lie – I LOVE THE BOSU Balance Trainer for myself and my son had a ball with it as well. It helps to challenge the body in different ways and also improves core strength because of the unevenness of the surface. Make sure you always wear shoes when using the BOSU Balance Trainer as well as your children.
Here’s a shot of me showcasing the BOSU Burpee which my trainer had me do many of times.
I love how the BOSU Balance Trainer makes burpees that much more tolerable. Before I forget, the BOSU Balance Trainer is fairly easy to set up. It comes with a pump and stopper so all you do is follow the directions to pump it up and you are ready to go in about 10 minutes. Very easy set up. I can also vouch that they are very durable. I never deflate mine to store and have owned one since 2008 and it has not lost air, been punctured or degraded in usability which is a big PLUS. It is a top quality product.
Here is another exercise I did with my BOSU Balance Trainer. As you can see I love incorporating it into my workouts.
What my son loved about his, besides the color because it matches his Under Armour sneakers is how he felt like an athlete. He plays Lacrosse and at the tender age of 8 is always looking for ways to strengthen and tone his body for the game and he and his friends ENJOYED using it. They stepped on it, jumped on it and tried different exercises on it.
Push ups are his absolute favorite!!!! Here he is doing his thing.
I can’t recommend the BOSU Balance Trainer and BOSU Sport Kids enough. It is a great way for the family to workout together or apart and really helps develop the children’s stamina and balance. #FITFAMILY
Guess what…..you can now get a free download of the BOSU Sport Kids, BOSU Core Basics or BOSU Total Body Basic with promo code BOSUWEB15 which expires October 31, 2015 with the purchase of the BOSU Balance Trainer or BOSU Sport Kids. I say jump on it because there isn’t much time.
What is your favorite piece of workout equipment you enjoy with the entire family, kids included?
