I am so distraught…my personal trainer announced she is out of the training business since her day job gave her a promotion. That means I am on my own…wandering around the gym looking lost. I am devastated. But I’mma have to pull myself together because after all, we have a No Sugar In September challenge to conquer. I’m going to miss her but I will continue to beg her to provide me with workouts to share with y’all so stay tuned for that.
This week’s playlist is spent with The Weeknd and I am digging it. I hope you do too.
Now on to this workout. This did not include any hand weights and was solely body weight exercises so that was refreshing. You can do this at home or in the gym so branch out and challenge yourself. You won’t regret it.
