I love a good challenge and here is an amazing one that is about to start tomorrow hosted by my friends over at BOSU and Sweat Pink.

The challenge runs from 9/14/2015 to 10/9/2015 and is bound to help you take your fitness to the next level over the course of the next 4 weeks.  I plan to participate and get my kiddos involved too so join ME.  Here are the details:

You can join the challenge whether or not you have a BOSU and I hope you do – because you’ll have a chance to win one just for participating!

And there are PRIZES for the most active participant.  Answer the daily prompts (listed below) on your blog, Instagram, Twitter or wherever else you want to share and hashtag #BosuStrong #FitFamily #sweatpink and tag BOSU (Instagram) BOSU (Twitter) & @FitApproach.  The most active & engaged participants will have a chance to win great prizes from BOSU & Sweat Pink!  Hint, hint, the more you share (and the more places you share), the better your chances of winning! 

*Special note:  When participating in the challenge with a BOSU please do not stand on it with the dome side down as that is not considered proper form or utility of the equipment.  

**Another special note:  You do NOT need to down a BOSU to participate in this challenge but as previously mentioned you will have an opportunity to win one.  Keep reading and I share some discount information on the BOSU too.

Being #BOSUStrong is not just about movement, sweat, or even owning a BOSU, its about being a leader, an inspiration to others, and sharing my own fitness journey with others. It’s about not letting stress and procrastination stand in my way of sweating and getting strong! The 5 things that make me #BOSUStrong are:

  • My strong will to improve.
  • My ability to focus.
  • My love for the BOSU and fitness.
  • My healthy _attitude towards exercise.
  • And my desire to be a great role model to my children by teaching them healthy habits.
