Hey everybody! How’s everyone’s Summer going? I can say mine has been a whirlwind but I definitely can’t complain. I’m back with another Fit Snack Box unboxing and I always get excited with these.
If you recall – after receiving these boxes monthly I have been making better food choices especially when it comes to snacks. I always have healthy snacks around either at home or at work. It’s so cool! I’ve become known as the fitness lady at work and everyone now knows that when I say I have food at my desk, they know it will typically be healthy food. 🙂
I’ve also been packing healthier snack choices in my children’s lunch box as a result of getting healthy snacks on a regular basis so that’s a win for the entire family.

Not sure how this works, let me give you the quick rundown. On a monthly basis you receive a box delivered directly to your door filled with healthy snacks and goodies. Many of the snack items are organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, low in sugar (or no added sugar), kosher and low in sodium. There’s no junk in these boxes.
You can set up your subscription to receive snacks month-to-month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. If you subscribe for 12 months you get an extra box free. With any of these subscriptions you also get a FREE gym bag with your initial order. I think that is very cool.
This was another fun box with a lot of delicious treats so let’s see what came inside. If at any time you want more information about any of these snacks simply click on the photo or the name of the snack to get more details.
You always get a workout for the month and this month featured a plyo exercise routine. Looks intense, especially those sprints.
On the flip side of the card they always share product information with the name of the product, product website and discounts where you can save when you make a direct purchase so they also help you save additional money. I really like that because if you eat something you like they tell you where to buy it and you also save.
Yummari Endurance Bites: This bite is packed with a lot of nutrition. If you are an endurance athlete or fitness person these all-natural bites are just what you need to keep your energy up as you work out. They sent me Chocolate Banana but they have a bunch of flavors like chocolate chip, coconut and coffee. They recently launched this product and you can support their campaign by going to plumalley.co/campaigns/yummari.
Trophy Nut Roasted Peanuts: This company uses a natural roast technique to prepare their peanuts that loads them with bursts of flavor and crunch unlike other dry roasted nuts. My husband and I always eat peanuts late night watching movies because they snack easy without loading you down with a bunch of unnecessary calories.
Skinny Pop Popcorn: If you’ve watched me unbox any of these boxes or have followed me on this blog for a while then you know I LOVE popcorn and crunchy things. I’ve tried Skinny Pop in the past and it taste soooo good! It never lasts long in my house and I actually hide it from my family because that is the first thing they dive for. I also like the fact the corn kernels are non-GMO given corn is one of the most modified foods in our food supply. BRAVO for that.
Level Life Protein Bars: These bars are supposed to be perfect for diabetics as that is who they are designed for. They are also designed for folks trying to lose weight. I’m going to give these to my aunt who is a diabetic and see what she thinks of these as they look delicious.
Justin’s Almond Butter: If you haven’t tried Almond Butter before then boy are you in for a treat! I love almond butter with apples, in smoothies or on a toasted bagel. It is simply delicious!!!
Honey Stinger Organic Energy Chews: I have heard of these before and can’t wait to try this on my run this week. Even though we are only running 3 miles I plan to take a couple beforehand and see if it helps me whiz through my 3.5 mile run with no issue. I was also told this flavor is their best one. Can’t wait to try it.
Columbia County Flax Granola: I received a huge 12 ounce bag of their fruit & berry granola and I can’t wait to try this with my yogurt and as a cereal. This plan-friendly flax granola is handmade and created by NY Times bestelling author Lyn Genet as part of her ground-breaking book “The Plan”. There’s no sodium in this granola. Excited just thinking about trying this.
Musclewerks DeTrim Capsules: As an added bonus Fit Snack provided these capsules. They are designed to provide total body fat loss, focus and endurance with their powerful and complex formula. I am on the fence as to whether I am going to try this.
