Let me put it this way I didn’t want to work out every day this week and truth be told I didn’t work out every day. Wednesday I slept in because I was just exhausted because I stayed up too late. I AM happy to report that I did workout Monday, Tuesday (sort of), Thursday and Friday so this week wasn’t a total bust!

I felt strong on Monday’s run with Black Girl’s Run and the weather was breezy and excellent. I always enjoy my runs with BGR! Baltimore.
Tuesday was sort of a bust. I had a chance to work out at home so I ran for 1 mile on the treadmill as a warm up and then went to workout with my online bootcamp and it only showed 2 minutes of the warm up and then nothing. I tried and tried but the video uploaded wasn’t the full-length one so I had to improvise and ended up doing a Kiqplan workout (review coming soon) which was not what I had planned but it got the job done.
I slept in until 6:30 am and it felt GOOD!
I got to workout with my personal trainer (did I tell you this is her last month working at my gym?) This is the workout we did and it was challenging but a GREAT workout.

I had another wonderful 3.3 mile run with BGR! Baltimore. I t was very chilly out and I wore no sleeves (what was I thinking) but the fact I made it out was GOOD because I was tired again and had thoughts of staying in the bed. 🙂 My time wasn’t the best but the point was to get active. That is exactly what I did.
That was my workout for the week and I didn’t feature it here but I made some pretty delicious healthy meals this past week too! I also drank a whole lot of water.
