I am so excited we are doing a challenge this month. I took a little break from announcing one last month and truth be told, I am late getting the word out on this one but we are doing it!!!
Let’s keep it really simple, be the person who gets the most steps in a day.
- Try to average at least 10,000 steps a day
- Stay consistent
- Even if you don’t feel like it, get up and MOVE!
- Walk, crawl, sprint, run, skip…..just move.
