What a week this has been. It has been primarily consumed with work but before my workday becomes a factor I have had some opportunity to get workouts in.

On Friday I showed up at the gym thinking I was going to work out with my divas and NOTHING! I showed up and no one was there. So instead of turning around and going back to bed which is what I wanted to do I decided to jump on the MONSTER…the BEAST…the STEPMILL and mill it out for 20 minutes. I am not gonna lie..you have to be conditioned to get on this thing and I had to take a couple of pauses to catch my breath but this machine will help you get your cardio UP!
Due to threats of inclement weather, ice and snow boot camp was cancelled on Monday but we did have the online we would workout to and that is just what I did. It was about 32 minutes of non-stop intervals but I felt really good that I got through it.
I got to workout with my divas but since this week was so hectic I did not get a chance to write down our workout and share it with all of you good people but just know it was tough, she went up on our weights and I survived! LOL.
I also think I need to start participating in WIAW because I have been more conscientous of what I eat and I have really cleaned it up. Because of that I am really seeing results with my weight loss – 4 lbs DOWN!!!! I plan on being a WINNER in this latest DietBet challenge that I’m hosting.
Wednesday weather was much better so we were BACK in the Sanders Optimum Fitness lab to put in work. Sprints and abs were in full EFFECT! I pretty much crawled out of there & burned major calories in the process. LOL.
I did the Sanders Optimum Fitness Online on this day because I could not make it to in-person boot camp. That was cool because we did standing abs and it was really good. Did you know you can actually work your abs standing up without laying on the ground which is a great option for anyone with lower back problems. Try it you might like it.

This is a new line that I learned about from The Chalkboard Magazine called Spiritual Gangster and their workout apparel line is ALL THAT! This right here is definitely on my wish list!
