#FitnessFriday – Step It Up

Boy it feels great to workout on your own time and your own schedule.  I can't tell you this is a welcomed relief.  Now don't get me wrong - I am not working out less, I'm just determining my own workouts and when they are going to happen.  I am still dedicated to moving at least 5 days a week and so far that has been working out really ...
