It’s official – today is my DietBet weigh in since the challenge begins Monday, July 14, 2014. Have I told you I’m nervous? I mean I really put myself on the line with this one.
It’s not that I don’t think I can achieve the goal which is to lose 4% of my body weight in 28 days, it’s what it’s going to require to actually do it. My mind is there, I need my body, cravings and urges to follow. See I do not have an issue with the workouts, I have an issue with what and how I am eating and drinking.
My official weigh in is 139.8 so let’s just round that up to 140. I need to lose 5.6 lbs to meet the goal. I can do it, I can do it, I can do it.
