FFFC May Challenges: Chalene Johnson 7 Day Challenge & Arms 2014

Hey everybody!!  In April we had the Cinch an Inch challenge where we challenged everyone to lose at least 1 inch from around their waist in a month and we are just keeping it going.   In the month of May we are rockin’ with Chalene Johnson who is a certified fitness professional.  She is extremely dynamic and her challenge is sure not to disappoint.  Also as a last minute add-on we are also rocking an arms challenge.  Who doesn’t want sleek, shapely arms for those sleeveless Summer tops?

April was a full month of challenges and May isn’t any different.  With May comes a major National holiday, Memorial Day, which typically means food, eating and more……delicious food.

Nothing wrong with that but we are keeping this month’s challenge very simple.  We are doing Chalene’s 7-Day challenge.  We all can do anything for seven days.  And we just keep repeating this challenge every week.  It is a challenge, therefore taking us out of our comfort zone but we will be better for it at the end of the month.

This 30-day arms challenge lasts all month and has exercises for each day of the month except where noted.
