Cinch an inch fitness challenge

It is officially Spring in these parts even though if you look outside you would be hard pressed to see any signs of it.  This weather has been tripping a little and been on its own unique clock but that isn’t going to stop us because WE know Summer is just around the corner.  With that comes vacays, wearing less clothing and showing more skin.  We all want to be like “POW” when the time comes so let’s get focused on our fitness now so we won’t be stressed about it later.

This month’s challenge is called cinch and inch because we are challenging all of you to lose at least one inch from around your ab area in 30 days.  Honestly it can be done but you will have to work for it.  It won’t come easy.

[On April 1 (my birthday) start by taking a tape measure and wrap it around your stomach across your navel.  Record the number.  On April 30 measure yourself again and record the number.  If the number is less than the original number then you are on your way to not just tighter abs but better health.]

Now don’t get extreme.  No binging, no starving, no drinking just shakes, etc.  That is not the healthy way to lose and maintain weight loss.  Let’s all do it the safe and healthy way.  And btw I am not a nutritionist or certified fitness expert.  I am someone who is in the struggle like many of you and planning on challenging myself this month with these fitness challenges and inviting you along.

Challenge #4:  Count Your Blessings – throughout the month of April share how you have been blessed on a daily basis.  Write it down and place it in a keepsafe.  At the end of the month share what you put in your jar by leaving a comment on this post or on our Femme Fitale Fit Club Facebook Fan Page.

      Glad to have you signed up Monica!! Today is the day to measure your waist and to record the inches. You will do this again on April 30th. In between you will work to reduce your waist by at least 1 inch. Glad to have you with us.
