I’m recording Day 10 of the Twelve Days of Fitness challenge by Fit Armadillo. This challenge encourages fitness bloggers to blog every day for the next 12 days about our workouts.
Wow ….all I’mma say is if you are on a workout regiment – DON’T take a break. Figure out how to get something in because getting back into it like I do…I feel like I am about to pass out! I did a 2.98 run through Mong Kok, Hong Kong using my iFit component with my Nordicktrac C900.
Check out the scene! It is amazing, I go to iFit.com select and schedule my workouts. This one has me running through Asia. I then take my iPad, set it up to display the streets of my route and it is synced up to the mileage, incline and speed I set on my treadmill. I LOVE IT! But I am definitely trying to run and see the world using this thing.
THEN I did 4 rounds of our Balance The Scale January challenge which is 20 tricep dips and 20 plié squats. I had to hit up Kid Ink to get through those dips and squats.
Now one thing I am proud of – I did all of this before 7 am today. One thing I KNOW I need to do better with is doing something every day whether I feel like it or not because honestly – that run through Hong Kong was BRUTAL! Yes I admit it. My fitness is normally better than that but being I basically took 2 weeks off? CHILE…I need to stop playing.
My next run is scheduled for tomorrow through Seoul, South Korea. Let’s see how I do! Until then check out this little post-workout video I made. I shouted out 12 Days of Fitness too! 🙂
