Boy oh boy where has this year gone? We have been hosting monthly challenges since January of this year and have received overwhelming participation. We are so happy you find these challenges FUN, competitive and helpful. We are here to do it together and keep each other accountable.
Welp, we came up with some cool challenges to help all of us get ahead of the HOLIDAY carving season as it is almost upon us. Let’s be real – we plan to eat during this season of abundant food, sweets, treats, parties and events. With that in mind, these challenges are designed to help you get ahead of it so that when you begin to indulge you will not see as much weight gain as normal because you have begun a routine to manage the gain.

Challenge #1: Walk/Jog/Run Away From The Turkey Challenge – use hashtag #fffcnov when you post your mileage on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Challenge #2: Eat The Colors Of The Rainbow Challenge – use hashtag #fffccolors when you post pics of your vegetable or fruit on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Challenge #3: Push Up Challenge posted on Facebook (click on the photo to see the full challenge) – who are the faithful? This challenge started January 2013 and is still going.
Challenge #4: Noon Fitness Flashes – every day at noon a fitness mini-challenge will be posted to the Femme Fitale Fit Club Facebook page. Check for the mini-challenge and attempt to do it wherever you are (in the office, in grocery store line, laundromat, etc.) you get the picture.

Who is ready to get ahead of the CARVE? Incorporate one or some of these challenges into your regimen in November and you are sure to stave off packing on too many pounds and inches.
