I am so happy and excited to present this challenge to all of you. This one is new for me so bear with me. This month’s challenge will be a photo-a-day challenge which means you will need to take a picture of the activity each day in the month of July. Some photos may be of what you are consuming or of yourself posing or doing exercise. We even want a photo of your trainer (if you have one either professional or casual)!
July is a busy month with vacations, 4th of July and BBQ’s but hopefully everyone will want to participate. The more that participate, the more fun and motivational because you will be able to not only share photos of your daily activity but also see photos of others. If any of you are like me, you love photos. Looking at others getting it in makes me get up off the couch and get mine in. So please see the guidelines below under Challenge #1 and leave a comment if you plan to participate – we hope you join us!!! This is going to be fun.
