Keep It Real #Workout

You guys know I am in BEAST MODE for the next 4 weeks and am doing both boot camp and working with my personal trainer.  Let’s just say…..I’m sore from yesterday but felt powerful enough to get through the exercise routine so I am proud I am getting stronger.  GRRRRRRRRRRR..unleash the beast!  Hahahaha!

Equipment needed:

  • Leg extension machine
  • Dumbbells
  • Seated hamstring machine
  • Fill in the blanks on the appropriate weight for your fitness level

Walking lunges front raise 20 7.5 ea
Walking lunges shoulder press 20 7.5 ea
Seated hamstring curl mid range 15
Seated hamstring curl low range 15
Seated hamstring curl full range 15
Staggered push up – right 15
Staggered push up – left 15
Straight arm plank 20 sec
Straight arm plank raise right arm left leg 10 sec
Straight arm plank raise left arm right leg 10 sec
Seated hamstring curl mid range 15
Seated hamstring curl low range 15
Seated hamstring curl full range 15
Staggered push up – right 15
Staggered push up – left 15
Straight arm plank 20 sec
Straight arm plank raise right arm left leg 10 sec
Straight arm plank raise left arm right leg 10 sec
Walking lunges 20 7.5 ea
Walking lunges front raise 20 7.5 ea
Walking lunges shoulder press 20 7.5 ea
Leg extension mid range 15
Leg extension top range 15
Leg extension full range 15
Leg extension mid range 15
Leg extension top range 15
Leg extension full range 15
Curtsy squat right shoulder press, bicep curl, curtsy squat left   shoulder press 20 7.5 ea
Burpees with jump 15
Curtsy squat right shoulder press, bicep curl, curtsy squat left   shoulder press 20 7.5 ea
Burpees with jump 15
DONE   IN 30 MINUTES
