Junk Food Facts

I know the no junk food challenge is well…challenging for many of us especially since it is all around us.  It is also very affordable and cheap so temptation is very tempting.  Next time you consider partaking in junk food think about these images.

 

 

 

Stay strong and fill your body with more real food every day to the point it will begin to crave it and not want the artificial stuff touted as real food.  You crave junk food for a reason.  Think about why.  Yes folks the game is rigged.  Don’t get caught up.

      Exactly. The images should go through our heads when we start craving junk food.

    The use of the junk foods is increasing very rapidly now a days.
    The junk foods are not more good for our health and fitness.
    These foods increase our cholesterol level and fat percentage and cause the obesity, weight gain and various heart diseases.
