Back In Stride #Workout

You know what?  I missed the gym while at boot camp.  I mean boot camp was fantabulous and I plan to do it again but the gym is where its at.  Every time I get an opportunity to push weight I feel stronger than the time before.  I get to work out with Heather and she continues to challenge me.  I like that.

This was today’s workout!  Try it and let me know if you like it.
