Mine is simple. Hot Yoga. I have done lots of other things, and still sometimes do, but I am IN LOVE with Hot Yoga. Specifically Bikram Yoga, though yoga in general is so good for you. So there it is, simple 🙂
I do plan to try Bikram one day. I was totally freaked out when someone told me how hot it was and how I should not jump into it. GULP!

I jumped right into Bikram..but my studio is accommodating that way. I did have to lay down a few times for the first few classes. BUT SO WORTH IT. How cool to host that! Yay! 🙂
