In keeping with this week's challenge I am eating salad and baked salmon. Based on an article I read - it suggested eating salmon at least twice a week for the healthy fats and protein benefits.

Today is back to my day job after being on vacation for a week. No better way to get ready for a day of meetings than to eat a nutritious and filling breakfast. Today I am all lean with a "green" smoothie which actually came out more of a deep dark purple color with the blueberries.
