Run As Fast As You Can Workout

I completed this workout AFTER a 22 minute outdoor run – IN THE RAIN!  Needless to say I felt icky and exhilirated all at the same time while finishing up this workout in the gym.  I went home and took a VERY nice and soothing shower.  Try out this workout and let me know how you feel!

Equipment needed:

  •  Step bench with 4 risers each side
  • Mat
  • Dumbbells

Walking lunges with shoulder presses 15 30
Bench jumps into squats 20 NA
Squat and bicep curls 20 30
Push up and star jumps 10 PU’s, 15 SJ’s (3 sets) NA
Crunches – leg at 45 degree angle 20 NA
C-curl crunch 20 NA
Bicycles 20 NA
V-up twists 20 NA
Plank 1 minute NA
Wall sit with ball raises 1 minute 8 lbs

REVERSE  and REPEAT

Done in 30 minutes
