How Bad Do You Want It Workout

 

This workout session was a very intense yet exhilirating one.  We went nonstop in a major superset with a lot of exercises and then just repeated.  I am feeling it now in my glutes!  Try it and tell me how you feel afterwards.

  •  Barbell
  • Platform or step bench
  • Bench
