Green Wake-Up Smoothie Recipe

My sister-in-law vouched that this tasted delicious and she doesn’t normally drink anything green so that is testimony this smoothie IS A WINNER!

Ingredients:

1.  handful of fresh pineapple

2.  handful of fresh kale

3.  1/2 cup almond milk

4.  1/2 cup Peach/Mango/Orange Dole 100% juice

5.  handful of frozen mango

6.  handful of frozen peaches

Blender:

Vitamix

Add to blender until smooth, pour and enjoy.

    It does look delicious indeed. I struggle with eating healthy. Smoothies and shakes help me a lot. I blend one of those in the morning to set the tone for the rest of the day.
