Who knew I would grow up to love eating kale! This is my favorite recipe for it. I like simple, quick and easy.
Bunch of kale
1 red onion sliced
2 TB olive oil
Remove stems from raw kale. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add onions. Sautee for 3 minutes. Slowly add kale (the more the merrier). Sautee down for about 10 minutes. ENJOY!
